Ingredients: 1 eetlepel gekruide peper (ik gebruik McCormicks); 1 theelepel bruine suiker; 2 eetlepels sojasaus; 1 eetlepel honing; Een kop met een inhoud van 60 ml met Dijon-mosterd; 1/4 theelepel knoflookpoeder; 1/4 theelepel uienpoeder; 1/8 theelepel kaneel; 2 theelepeltjes droge rode wijn of 2 theelepels kippenbouillon; 400 gram varkenshaas, ontdaan van vet; 2 theelepels sesamzaadjes; 2 koffielepels bereid mierikswortel; Een kop met een inhoud van 60 ml met Dijon-mosterd; 1 eetlepel honing

Maak en deel dit varkenshaasje met Hot Mustard Sauce recept uit.

Combineer de eerste 9 ingrediënten. Roer het mengsel over het hele varkensvlees. ** Opmerking: op dit moment kun je varkensvlees in een grote ritssluiting doen en in de koelkast marineren tot je klaar bent voor gebruik. Vergeet niet om vlees op kamertemperatuur te laten komen voordat je het gaat roosteren.
