Ingrediënten
- A cup with a capacity of 130 ml containing plain full-fat yogurt
- A cup with a capacity of 60 ml containing chopped parsley
- A bowl with a capacity of 1 liter containing fresh spinach
- A cup with a capacity of 130 ml containing walnuts, roughly chopped
- A cup with a capacity of 130 ml containing diced red onion
- A bowl with a capacity of 1/4 liter containing red grapes
- 2.5 medium apple, chopped into centimetre chunks
- 2 ribs celery, finely chopped
Bereiding

Prepare the yogurt dressing by combining the yogurt, apple cider vinegar, mustard, honey, salt, crushed red pepper flakes, and pepper in a bowl.Whisk until well-combined.

Combine chickpeas, celery, apple, grapes, onion, parsley, and walnuts in a large bowl.Stir in the dressing and toss until evenly coated.Refrigerate for about 30 minutes before serving, or up to 5 days.

Serve salad over fresh spinach.
