Ingredients: 227 gram vlinderdas pasta; 3 kipfilethelften zonder botten; 2 eetlepels canola-olie; 6 groene uien, in plakjes; 1 teentje knoflook, gehakt; 4 eetlepels boter; 4 eetlepels bloem; 1/8 theelepel cayennepeper; 3/8 liter kippenbouillon; Een kopje met een inhoud van 130 ml met magere melk; 2 theelepels Dijon-mosterd; 60 liter citroensap; zout en peper

Bereiding

Kook pasta, laat uitlekken en zet opzij.
Snijd de kip in stukjes van 3/4 ", zet apart.
Verhit olie in een grote koekenpan op middelhoog vuur. Voeg groene uien en knoflook toe, bak 3 minuten.
Voeg kip, zout en peper toe.Saute gedurende 9-12 minuten, af en toe roeren.
Voeg pasta toe, zet opzij.
Smelt de boter in de pan, voeg bloem en cayennepeper toe.Voeg bouillon en melk alles tegelijk. Roer op middelhoog vuur tot het dik en bubbelend is.
Voeg mosterd en citroensap toe aan de witte saus terwijl je het nog steeds warm hebt. Voeg onmiddellijk pasta en kip toe om te mixen. Als het niet helemaal dik genoeg is, draai het dan 3-4 minuten op en laat het dan staan.
