Ingredients: Een kop met een inhoud van 60 ml die gesmolten boter bevat; Een kopje met een inhoud van 60 ml met gehakte verse peterselie (of gebruik 1 theelepel gedroogde peterselievlokken); 0,5 theelepel knoflookpoeder of 1 eetlepel fijngehakte verse knoflook; 6 eetlepels favoriete bereide mosterd (hiervoor gebruik ik honingmosterd); Een kom met een inhoud van 1 liter met vers broodkruim; 7 -8 in het midden gesneden varkenskoteletten (ongeveer centimeter dik); kruidenzout; peper (kan gewoon keukenzout gebruiken in plaats van kruidenzout)

Bereiding

Zet de oven op 350 graden.
Beboter een ovenschaal van 33 x centimeter.
Meng in een middelgrote kom gesmolten boter, gehakte peterselie, knoflookpoeder of verse gehakte knoflook en 4 eetlepels (60 liter) bereide mosterd; mix in verse broodkruimels.
Verdeel de overgebleven 2 eetlepels mosterd aan beide kanten van de varkenskarbonades (indien gewenst kun je iets meer dan 2 eetlepels uitspreiden op de koteletten) en breng op smaak met zout en peper.
Schik in de braadpan.
Druk op het broodkruimelmengsel boven op elke hak.
Bak de varkenskarbonades tot ze gaar zijn (ongeveer 30-35 minuten).
Verwarm de grill voor.
Kook de varkenskarbonades (korst naar boven) goudbruin, ongeveer 2 minuten (let goed op, ze zullen gemakkelijk verbranden!).
Serveer onmiddellijk.
