Ingredients: Een kom met een inhoud van 1/2 liter die kippenbouillon bevat; 4 Chinese gedroogde paddestoelen, gedrenkt; 113 gram bamboescheuten, gespoeld en uitgelekt; 113 gram spinazie, versnipperd; 2 lente-uitjes, fijn versnipperd; Ei-noedels van 227 gram; Een kom met een inhoud van 1/2 liter die kippenbouillon bevat; 2 eetlepels lichte sojasaus; 1 theelepel rode chilipeper; 1 theelepel zout; 1/2 theelepel suiker; 2 theelepels Chinese rijstwijn of 2 theelepels droge sherry; 1 theelepel rode chilipeper; 1 theelepel rode chilipeper

Dit komt uit een boek genaamd Chicken en ik dacht dat het perfect zou zijn voor onze Zaar-tour. 4.Voeg meer bouillon toe als je de voorkeur geeft aan een dunnere soep.

Ingrediënten

Bereiding

Snijd de kip in dunne snippers.
Knijp de geweekte paddenstoelen droog en gooi de harde stengel weg.
Snipper de champignons, spinazie, bamboescheuten en lente-uitjes.
Bak de noedels in kokend water, laat ze uitlekken en spoel ze af onder koude tij.
Breng de bouillon aan de kook, voeg 1 eetlepel sojasaus toe en giet er de noedels over. Houd warm.
Verhit de olie in een zware koekenpan of wok,
Voeg 0,5 van de lente-uitjes toe en voeg de kip en de groenten toe aan de hete olie.
Roerbak ongeveer 3 minuten.
Voeg alle smaakmakers toe en meng goed.
Giet het mengsel over de warme noedels en leg de resterende lente-uitjes als garnering en serveer direct.
