- 6 medium oranges, peeled, sectioned and chopped
- A bowl with a capacity of 3/8 liter containing cubed peeled jicama
- A cup with a capacity of 60 ml containing chopped red onion
- A cup with a capacity of 60 ml containing chopped sweet red pepper
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- A cup with a capacity of 60 ml containing minced fresh cilantro
