Ingredients: 200 gram Boerenkop Ovengold® Geroosterde Turkse borsten, dik gesneden; 1 eetlepel olijfolie; 1 rode ui, in reepjes gesneden; 1 groene paprika, in reepjes gesneden; 1,5 theelepels fajita grill en sissende kruiden; 4 bloemtortilla's (15 centimeter)

Een paar hartige groenten en een beetje kruiden maken het Boerenhoofd ovengoud in Turkije tot een pittige nacht ten zuiden van de grens.

Ingrediënten

Julienne kalkoen in ¼ "x ¼" x 2 "lange stroken.
Verhit olie in een koekenpan op middelhoog vuur. Voeg de uien en peper toe en grill gedurende 3 minuten.
