Ingredients: Een kom met een inhoud van 1/2 liter die gekookte kip bevat, versnipperd; 1 eetlepel chilipoeder; 1 eetlepel boter; 1 theelepel kruidenzout; 1/2 theelepel oregano; 1 (397 gram) kan tomaten in blokjes snijden, goed uitgelekt; 1 (227 gram) zure roomcontainer; 1 (298 gram) kan kippensoep kroezen; 10 meel tortilla's; Een kop met een inhoud van 190 ml met Mexicaanse kaas; 1 (284 gram) kan groene enchiladasaus (ik gebruik La Preferida)

Ingrediënten

Bereiding

Verwarm de oven voor op 350.
Meng de gekookte kip met chilipoeder. Opzij zetten.
Smelt boter in een middelgrote pan. Voeg kip, gekruid zout en oregano toe. Doorwarmen om kruiden te mengen.
Voeg gedraineerde tomaten, zure room en room van kippensoep toe, mengen om op te nemen.
Vet of sproei een braadpan in.
Leg een paar grote lepels van het kippenmengsel op een tortilla, rol en plaats de kant met de naad naar beneden in de pan van de braadpan. Ga verder met andere tortilla's.
Giet de kan verde-saus gelijkmatig over enchiladas.
Strooi er kaas bovenop.
Bak onbedekt gedurende 30-35 minuten, of tot de saus aan de zijkanten borrelt.
