- 2 medium zucchini or summer squash ( about 227 gram total ), sliced into 0.5-inch-thick half moons
- 1 medium red bell pepper, cored, seeded, and cut into 0.5-inch-wide strips
- 1 medium broccoli crown, cut into small florets

- 600 gram boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut crosswise into centimetre strips
