Ingrediënten
- 4 uitgebeende varkenskoteletten zonder been
- Een kopje met een inhoud van170 ml met ongekookte witte rijst
- Een kopje met een inhoud van170 ml met ongekookte witte rijst
- 1 (28 gram) droge uiensoepmengeling
- Een kop met een capaciteit van 60 ml die boter bevat
- 227 gram groene erwten
- 1 (142 gram) kan waterkastanjes snijden, uitgelekt
Bereiding

In een grote koekenpan op middelhoog vuur, bruine varkenskoteletten aan beide zijden.

Spuit de slowcooker lichtjes in met een kookspray. Plaats vervolgens bruine en witte rijst, ui, boter, erwten, waterkastanjes en champignons in de slowcooker. Giet in water, bouillon en Worcestershire-saus. Roer de uiensoepmix erdoor, kruid met peper en bedek met karbonades.

Dek af en kook op lage stand voor 7 tot 9 uur, of op hoge stand voor 4 tot 5 uur.
