Ingredients: 113 varkenskoteletten, elk 170 gram; zout en peper; 142 gram Stilton-kaas (of een andere scherpe kaas); 4 eetlepels appelmoes

Sappige, geroosterde varkenskarbonades met rijke, romige, gesmolten blauwe kaas - klaar in minder dan 30 minuten.

Ingrediënten

Bereiding

Zet de grill aan. Seizoen de karbonades aan beide kanten met een goede besprenkeling van zout en peper.
Braden onder matige hitte gedurende 12-16 minuten, een keer draaien, tot ze net gaar zijn.
Voeg de topping toe. Snijd de kaas in dunne plakjes (maak je geen zorgen als het een beetje breekt). Spreid de appelmoes over de karbonades en bedek ze met een paar plakjes kaas.
Schuif 2-3 minuten onder de grill terug tot de kaas gesmolten en getint is.
Serveer met aardappelpuree en een groene groente zoals prei of broccoli, en met gesmolten kaasachtige stukjes uit de bodem van de pan.
