Bereiding

Kook de kalkoen in een grote koekenpan op middelhoog vuur.Drain en haal ze uit de koekenpan. Voeg de kool en de wortels toe aan de pan. Doe de chipotle-paprika's, groene uien en kruiden aan de kook; kook 5 tot 6 minuten of tot de kool is verzacht.
Voeg de kalkoen, diepgevroren groenten, spinazie en knoflook toe aan de koekenpan. Kook tot de groenten zijn opgewarmd. Houd warm met Spaanse rijst.
