Ik kreeg dit recept 10 of 15 jaar geleden op de achterkant van Shake n 'Bake voor varkensvlees. Sindsdien is het een favoriet bij het hele gezin. De saus is het beste deel. Het is eenvoudig te maken en heeft een geweldige smaak. Ik serveer het met Rijst en een groene groente.

Ingrediënten

Bereiding

Laat perziken uitlekken en bewaar siroop.
Bevochtigen karbonades in ongeveer 60 liter siroop.
Smeer de karbonades in met een gekruide coatingmix zoals aangegeven op de verpakking.
Leg de karbonades in een enkele laag op het rek in een niet ingevette ondiepe pan.
Bak gedurende 40 minuten op 425.
Plaats perziken in de pan met karbonades, bestrijk met perziksiroop.
Bak nog eens 10 minuten langer.
SAUS.
Terwijl het bakken van karbonades samen warmte Een kopje met een capaciteit van 130 ml met perzik siroop, de bruine suiker, ketchup en azijn.
Serveer met karbonades en perziken.
