Smaakvolle zuidgebakken kip
Ik vond een recept voor gebakken kip in een kookboek en ik voegde mijn favoriete kruiden toe om het smaakvoller te maken.

Meng in een grote plastic zak meel, Parmezaanse kaas, paneermeel, gevogelte, uienpoeder, knoflookpoeder, zout en peper. Schud om te mengen.

Verhit de olie in een grote koekenpan op middelhoog vuur tot een druppel water onmiddellijk verdampt. Dompel een stuk kip per keer in de melk en plaats het dan in de zak met de coating. Schud tot het volledig gecoat is. Plaats de koekenpan in de pan en ga verder met de resterende kip.

Kook tot de randen bruin zijn, draai dan om en bak tot ze bruin zijn aan de andere kant. Als wat kip eerder klaar is, moet je een met papieren handdoeken beklede plaat in een warme oven bewaren, zodat de kip nog steeds warm is tijdens het serveren.
