Ingredients: 400 gram varkenshaas, in centimeters dik gesneden; 3 eetlepels olijfolie van eerste persing; 2 eetlepels sambuca-likeur; 1 grote verse venkelknol, in plakjes gesneden; 85 gram gorgonzola, verkruimeld; 2 eetlepels enkele crème; 1 eetlepel verse salie, gehakt; 1 eetlepel verse tijm, gehakt; zout; peper

Zeer eenvoudige, zeer rijke, romige Gorgonzola- en Sambuca-saus. Mijn dochter's vriend kwam eten en kookte dit voor ons. Dus goed dat ik hem volgende week heb uitgenodigd om weer te koken.

Ingrediënten

Bereiding

Snijd eventueel vet van het vlees en snijd 0,25 cm dik. Leg het vlees tussen twee stukken huishoudfolie en klop het met een vleeshamer om het plat te maken.
Verhit de olie in een zware pan en bak het vlees in partijen gedurende 2 minuten aan elke kant.Verwijder het vlees van de pan en houd het warm.
Roer de Sambuca in de pan, roer goed om alle stukjes uit de bodem van de pan te verwijderen. Voeg de venkel toe en laat 3 minuten koken. Haal uit de pan en houd hem warm.
Verlaag het vuur en voeg de Gorgonzola toe aan de pan met de room, roer tot de kaas gesmolten is en de saus glad is.
Roer de salie en tijm erdoor, breng op smaak met zout en peper.
Serveer met gebakken aardappelen en broccoli.
